How To Nurture Myself

The image shows me giving things to myself which I can use to support and nurture myself, and generally help manage my moods. they include preparing a nice meal, doing some nature photography, get some new clothes, practice meditation, do some art, enjoy my favourite Mocha, watch a film, have a bubble bath, and go for a walk in the park.
