I Love You – 1

I was thinking about love and affection, what it was and why it was difficult, when the idea of this image came to mind. Initially I felt anxious about creating this image because of fear of showing any affection, but it felt too important an image to not create, so I got on with it with a sense of urgency. On completion I hung it on an existing hook next to my computer, and soon realized, what a powerful message I was reflecting back at myself. I LOVE YOU!!!

The writing inside the hearts reads:

What does it mean?

Why is it scary?

What is affection?

Why do people show affection?

Why does it get rejected?
